(2 Feb 2010, Shanghai)
Michael is pleased to announce the beginning of a long partnership with CMCC, the leading mobile service and solution provider based in China.

The agreement will see CMCC supply Michael with various sevices for the Nokia 5320 XpressMusic mobile phone, including the introduction of SMS, MMS, GPRS, Fetion, 139 Mailbox and other solutions from M-Zone.

Speaking at the announcement, Michael commented: “We are delighted to join forces with CMCC as a technical partner of mine. Their expertise in providing high-end mobile telecom sevices is well suited to our requirements and the demands of a more CMCCized society, especially due to the introduction of Fetion, which has holded numerous customers' relationship. After years with China Unicom since 2004, I’m confident that we will enjoy a more productive and successful working relationship together through such a move in the years ahead.”

Wang Jianzhou, chairman and CEO of CMCC, added: "This agreement with Michael represents more than just a simple overturn to a stubborn supporter for one of our main rivals. It’s also an important milestone because, for the first time in its long history, the company has become a supplier not only for our cost performance, but also for our effort and business model that has been developed and created specifically for our goals. This is a great achievement made possible by the excellent collaboration established with Michael and the skills of our employees and engineers who have been tryingto make the most of what we have. We are proud that the partnership will allow our products to be used by another smart user and will contribute to the success of him.”

Michael's S1 Course by Course Review

JiidAs 发表于 2010-01-31 16:29:47

So, since the Rapoo keyboard I ordered has been sent to my home, I've decided,as planned, to write(or type actually) in English for some while, mainly to get myself accustomed to the horrible iBT atmosphere. After another stuffed and impressive semester, it's time that we put the commemoration in a chronological way and start then.

1.Introduction to Chinese History, Feng Xianliang (L), Result: A level
My first humanity course. Funny classes and deepen my understanding of China in the past. The finale was generally friendly and I'm surprised at the result after a bit preparations, though the finale itself was just-so-so. Reviewing it along with next course could be thrilling, if I can add more words.
RATING: 5/5

2.History of Chinese Laws, Guo Jian (P), Result: A level
I would say this is the first major course that really arouses my interest. Though average-rated by some peers, Guo is an attractive lecturer to me, and the content, which is mainly related to history, simply meets the sort that I like. Obviously the closed-book exam requires nightmare-like preparation and memorization work to do. Fortunately the result was not bad though the finale was a bit out of the previous scope and I was just uncomfortable after it. PS:Shanghainese are really all LIUMANGs.
RATING:5/5

3.Criminal Law, Chen Haoran (P), Result: B level
This semester is set to be the last one that Chen would teach undergrads. But except his leading as a conductor in our 12.9 singing contest, I have to reckon the course itself as disappointed. Those ridiculous cases were just repitition. And as a male student the final grade was beyond expectation. So best ragards and I'm sure considerable guys would yet admire him as much,
RATING:3/5

4.Physical fitness class, Wang Zhen, Result: C
(Note: the highest GPA limit is C= =)
I don't really understand why I'm in the course. Maybe PE holds a consistent impact on the overall grade result however I try, and it's not tough for me to find a reasonable explanation. But it's nice to learn Wuqinxi with Many and I managed to achieve the most of it. Going to canteen in the southern campus on every Tuesday afternoon is a bit odd, though.
RATING:I do suggest you not to go if you are not physically challenged...

5.International Law, Prof. Zhang Naigen, Result: A level
I've stated here before that it's the best class I've ever had in Law School, or maybe one of the best in Fudan - if not the best of all. First A level for my major course. Nothing more to add and hats off!
RATING:5/5

6.College English III, Ni Hui (L), Result: A level
Don't mention my big mistake in freshman year...that's why this course is still on my list. Warm-hearted teacher but poor teaching. The result was acceptable considering I never attended Friday's classes in the moring, but 8-point A-s for English is not a good news.
RATING:2/5

7.Moral Ethics and Basics of Law, Shao Xiaoying (AP), Result: A level
Shao is just as phenemenal as said to be. I came to realize that political courses could have been given in such a manner. I tried to understand what she said and involve myelf in political course for the first time. First A for such courses was definitely encouraging.
RATING:5/5

8.Philosophical Basis of Scientific Methods, Prof. Xie Xialing, Result: B level
Fun to listen though a bit hard to comprehend sometimes, like all philosophy courses. But seemingly no much application in real life could be a setback. As always my "hexin" courses fail to end up meeting my expectations and I'm just not that into philoophy perhaps.
RATING:4/5

9.Military Theory, Result: A level
Obviously we've all seen Zhao Liang only once through the compulsory course (on the exam day). Sorry for all the paper I wasted but it's just what it is meant to be. The result illustrated my high RP in such fan-blowing exams.
RATING: 0-5/5...depends on your result...

10.Introduction to Chinese Modern History, Ye Genfa/Gao Xiaolin, Result: A level
Rather average for Ye. Reading static materials is not impressive at all. Gao is obviously much better as a replacement during Ye's travelling absence. The result was much to my surprise since he was said to be cruel on grades. Maybe fairly good finale paper could be an answer.
RATING: 2/5, if Gao does not show up...

11.Administrative Litigation Law, Prof. Zhu Shudi, Result: A level
Once again, second consecutive semester where we are all LEIed down by Auntie Zhu. Nobody ever knows what she's talking about plus her mysterious "traffic accident" which help her disappear for 3 weeks. And her graduate assistant was as WATERY. The first-ever closed-book made everyone feel sick but I guess my good luck comes from the inferrd fact that she used my version of (boring) translation as the reference key...(this was a must assigned for all)
RATING:1/5

12.Achaeology and Human, Prof. Gao Menghe, Result: B level
Gao is a typical example of so-called "public intellects" and I was moved by what they have been doing. Writing essays as finale does not do my favour but I'm still glad to have attended this course.
RATING: 5/5

CONCLUSION: What a high-RP semester and all that lost last year seems to be coming back. But trying to maintain such momentum for the upcoming semester would be another huge mountain to climb, Good luck to myself and some comprise for higher grades could be true. Sorry for being as "ordinarily-good" as all the other top students. See you in March.
P.S.This is not a XYT.

20。10。

U make my life so special and meaningful。
I'M BACK, STILL THERE TO MOVE ON.
2010, BETTER EARTH, BETTER SHANGHAI, BETTER ME。

      1.专有名词前必加the。
2.maritime=morning time
3.binding=bounding
4....train you to become professional lawyers for your future…
